Translation of vision to deliverables is a prominent feature of my work.

I can achieve this on the large scale, as shown, for example, in my role at Oxford University Press (OUP) overseeing preparation of multiple lexical datasets for technology company clients, bringing in revenue of over £9 million.

And, at Berg as project manager for the launch of the industry-wide award-winning academic platform Berg Fashion Library (see also Product Development).

In this area, I have a talent for focus on essential processes and juggling competing priorities to drive delivery. As for methodology, I have gained project-management certification in PRINCE2, as well as extensive practical experience of Agile.

In the UK, I have also managed smaller publishing projects for, among others, Bloomsbury, Thames & Hudson and OUP.

Until early 2020, I managed print and digital publishing projects in Beijing, for Wenhe Oriental and Ingenta (Beijing), using Chinese as the primary mode of communication.
