My strong analytic abilities enable me to grasp technical structures readily. I have a good knowledge of XML technologies: I have written DTDs, and can read schemas and code. I have also worked with metadata and taxonomies.

At OUP, I became interested in linked data, and learned about applications and syntax for RDF. I trained in both XML and Semantic Technology at the Oxford XML Summer School.

Subsequently, I worked with technologists and product managers on a platform for China Science Press in Beijing. At LexisNexis, I have become increasingly interested in AI applications for publishing.
